Poster:
Here we provide a template for your reference. The posters for the conference are not limited to this style and format. We strongly encourage you to use a variety of styles and formats to present your posters.
Posters must be submitted online by 30 May 2025 11:59 pm (Hong Kong Time).
To upload the Posters, please keep the Microsoft Forms which you uploaded the abstract. Log back into your Microsoft account, Edit the original form then upload your Poster at the bottom.
If you did not save your response to your Microsoft account after submitting your abstract, in this case, please use the link below to upload your poster file.
Electronic version requirements: File size no more than 10 MB, pptx or pdf format, 60 cm(H) x 42 cm(W) or same aspect ratio.
Hard copy (on-site version): width less than 95 cm, height less than 136 cm.
Note: In accordance with university policy, campus printing services are not available to the public.
