Abstract:

Abstracts are due on the 25th of March 20th of April,  2025. Everyone must submit an abstract in order to present at the conference. Those wanting to be eligible for paper awards, and be included in the proceedings MUST submit an electronic version of Poster.

If you select Abstract Only Oral Presentation, no further submission will be required.

If you select Abstract + Poster Submission, you will then have until the 30th of April, once you’ve been accepted, to complete and submit your Poster.
