We are accepting the following submission formats:
Abstract Only Oral Presentation:
Abstract only will be able to present at the conference.
Abstract + Full Paper Oral Submission:You must submit an abstract first, to be invited to submit a full paper. This will be included in the proceedings and you will be eligible for any paper awards. You will be able to present an oral talk at the conference. Please note that for paper awards, we only give awards to students who are the first author.
Abstract + Poster Submission:
You must submit an abstract first. Once you receive Abstract acceptance notification, you can submit an electronic version of your Poster and you will be eligible for any paper awards. You will be able to present a poster at the conference. Please note that for poster awards, we only give awards to students.
If you choose to submit to a regular session, please select 2-4 topics to go with your submission.
If you choose to submit to a special session, please also select 2-4 topics and then click button “Next” on online submission system, you will see special sessions and chairs.
Note: Because all papers of this conference will not be included in any conference proceedings, no full-paper submission is required.
